Socrates HR, firm specialized in human resources management assignments, is looking for one independent consultant wishing to join the team to cooperate in training, coaching, competencies and performances assessment programs.

Connaissances nécessaires
To have already practized such assignments of consultancy service, either independently or in team, in selection, recruitment, outplacement, training and/or coaching.
Niveau d'études
Higher education in business, psychology or marketing
Languages: French, English, Dutch
Niveau d'expérience
Experience of 5 to 10 years in industry, in a HR department, in a HR firm or in temporary employment agency - Commercial contacts in the front line for prospecting, presentation of services - Negotiations skills - Editorial capacities in French, English and if possible Dutch - Demonstrated enterprising mind and motivation to launch innovative projects - Ideally be already holder of independent's status
